The Colpac Savori Range, a simple hot food packaging solution
As Christmas shoppers fill the high streets, arms full of bags with gifts for their loved ones, they eagerly look for a quick and convenient snack to fill their grumbling stomachs. When searching for the ideal winter food for on the go, consumers look for something that is hot whilst also being easy to eat and hold whilst bundled up in coats and gloves.
Colpac’s Savori Range of packaging has been designed specifically for hot food and is suitable for burgers, pies, jacket potatoes, soup, wraps, tortillas, baguettes, panini and other hot take away food.
Apart from being ideal for eating straight from the pack, the Savori range has good insulation to keep food warmer for longer, is suitable for conventional ovens up to 200°C, 40 minutes max. (except pots and lids) and suitable for hot cabinets up to 85°C, 2 hours maximum.
The ranges includes small, large and square pillow packs, a 450g pot and lid and clamshell pack and it’s aimed at hot food counters, fast food outlets, sandwich shops, bakeries, canteens, catering companies, event organisers and much more.
