It is imperative for any foodservice operator to be aware of the current back of house legislation and best practices that will affect the safety of your staff and customers. We have created a new Food Safety and Hygiene e-brochure showcasing our core range of products; providing you with a better understanding of the most suitable safety items for your business.
As part of the Food Information Regulations (FIR) introduced in December 2014, which are being updated in December 2016 to include nutritional information, foodservice operators are required to provide information on the 14 major allergens if they are present in the food they serve.
This new e-brochure provides information on complying with back of house FIR regulations. For front of house compliance, our exclusive brand Label 2 Go provides off-the-shelf and bespoke print label designs, which can be overprinted using Caterlabel, our cloud based software for adding all FIR product information, including allergens and nutritional details.
