Foodservice Cateys Awards Sponsorship
On Friday 16th October, Bunzl Catering Supplies were delighted to sponsor two categories at the Foodservice Catey awards. The awards, launched by The Caterer in 2013, feature 19 categories to celebrate foodservice employees across the UK. This year the awards were held at Park Plaza Westminster Bridge hotel. Over 500 guests attended from the foodservice and wider hospitality industry.
Bunzl Catering Supplies sponsored the Procurement Team of the Year award and the esteemed Catering Manager of the Year award for the third time. Winners of each category were announced during the event, using votes from more than 70 judges.
The winner of the Procurement Team of the Year award was contract caterers, Elior.
Elior pride themselves on ‘combining excellent food, high calibre skills in all services and positive, friendly people who genuinely care about their customers’.
Shortlisted teams included Amadeus and Gather & Gather.
The winner of the Catering Manager of the Year award was Emma Williams from Green & Fortune.
Shortlisted nominees included Nerida Antoniou from Lexington Catering, Neil Jones from Centerplate and Ed Walker from BaxterStorey.
