Coalesce one-piece hybrid packaging design
Anson is one of the UK’s most innovative leading independent providers of packaging to the Food to Go sector and are delighted to launch their new hybrid range. Coalesce was originally inspired by the separate lid and base packs currently found in the London Food to Go market, and is a unique patented one piece hybrid solution. The Coalesce range has already created a lot of interest and is considered to be the most innovative hybrid offering available in the market today.
Available from Bunzl Catering Supplies, operators can purchase the two pack sizes, 500cc and 1000cc volumes. The design offers a plastic hinged lid attached to a cardboard base, and is available in a standard format – kraft outer base and a black inner with an rPET clear lid. In addition to the standard offering, there is a bespoke option available where the pack can be fully customised with print options available both on the outside and inside of the pack, along with engraving on the lid. The bespoke option offers the retailer the opportunity to push the ever important brand message to their customers, which is a great point of difference in a very competitive market.
As a one piece design, Coalesce is very easy to pack and offers a unique tamper evident feature, which reduces labelling costs. The style of the pack gives excellent product visibility on-shelf and has a stacking feature which creates a very eye catching concept.
From a sustainability position the lid and base can be separated to ensure the plastic and card is placed in the correct recycling streams, with the board supplied from managed sustainable forests and fibres. The lid is made from rPET, which is a recycled and recyclable material. Anson is committed to reducing the environmental impact of its materials and ensuring the lowest possible carbon footprint, and are proud to provide market leading products and are committed to ensuring the ongoing sustainability of their products.
