With the issue of waste and sustainability remaining a constant focus in the catering and hospitality industry, Bunzl Catering Supplies is once again headline sponsor of the prestigious Waste2Zero Awards 2021. Additionally, we are one of 14 organisations who are also in the running to pick up a trophy recognising excellence in waste management and waste prevention.

This year Bunzl Catering Supplies is shortlisted for a @footprintmedia Waste2Zero Award celebrating our 20 year partnership with @inkinddirect. The Waste2Zero Awards recognise excellence in Waste Management and Prevention – showcasing best practice and recognising excellence in this area. Over the last two decades, our partnership with In Kind Direct has saved many thousands of items from landfill and supported over 3,000 charities in communities across the UK.

Established in 2017, the objective of the waste2zero Awards is to specifically give the out of home food and drink industry a platform to showcase best practice and recognise excellence in this vital area. Bunzl Catering Supplies is proud to support an event that showcases the excellent work achieved by the foodservice packaging industry to reduce waste, promote recycling and encourage environmentally responsible end-of-life solutions for disposable packaging products.

The winners of the waste2zero Awards will be announced at the glamorous Awards Dinner to be held at the In & Out Club in St. James’s Square, London SW1Y 4JW Thursday 4th of November.
