We Did It! SHINE Games 2025 Hits £10,000 Target.
We’re thrilled to announce that our SHINE Games 2025 has officially reached its fundraising target of £10,000 – and it’s all thanks to the incredible support from our people, customers, and suppliers.
Over the course of one energetic week (30 Jun – 4 Jul), more than 550 employees from Bunzl Catering Supplies came together to take part in a wide range of sporty and creative fundraising activities—from darts and badminton to basketball shoot-outs and cake baking. Every event was powered by our shared commitment to making a difference.
This year’s SHINE Games supported three amazing charities:
- Nia Children’s Foundation.
- Cancer Research UK.
- Resurgo, for whom we’ll also be delivering a minimum of 20 hours of volunteering later this year.
The SHINE Games are more than just a fundraising initiative – they’re a celebration of our SHINE values, launched in 2023 to reflect who we are and how we work together. These games are a powerful example of how we engage with our people, customers, and suppliers to support local communities and charitable causes.
To everyone who donated, participated, or cheered us on – thank you. Your generosity and enthusiasm have helped us deliver life-changing funds to causes that matter deeply to us all.
