Prestigious Great Place to Work certification
Bunzl catering Supplies has announced that, following an employee survey that took place in September, the business has been officially certified as a ‘Great Place to Work’. Great Place to Work® are a completely independent organisation that recognises employers who create an outstanding employee experience. Gaining their certification is not easy and involves a two-step process that includes a survey that is sent out to all employees as well as a questionnaire that has to be completed about the company and assessed by independent analysts. Because both employee feedback and independent analysis determine the scores, certification helps job seekers identify which companies genuinely offer a great company culture. In fact two-thirds of UK employees say they’re more likely to apply for a job that is officially recognised as a great place to work.
