Bunzl Catering & Hospitality Division headline sponsor of The Cateys 2019.

Thursday June 6, 2019

Bunzl Catering & Hospitality Division are delighted to announce that we will once again be partnering with The Caterer, leading hospitality and catering magazine, to headline sponsor The Cateys 2019, an event that is considered the Oscars of the hospitality industry. The Cateys recognise the most talented individuals, biggest brands and strongest performers in the hospitality industry.

The Cateys, which is now in its 36th year, have become firmly established as a celebration of all that’s great in UK hospitality. The shortlists and winners are decided by industry judges chosen for their expertise and industry knowledge, making The Cateys the ultimate accolade in peer group recognition. The winners, representing British hospitality at its best, will be revealed at the glamorous awards show on 2 July at London’s Grosvenor House.

As well as headline sponsorship, Bunzl Catering & Hospitality Division will also be sponsoring two individual award categories: Hotel of the Year – Group and Restaurateur of the Year – Group.

Bunzl Catering & Hospitality Division Managing Director Matt Johnson said: “ At Bunzl Catering & Hospitality Division we are extremely proud to be headline sponsoring The Cateys for the third year running. As well as headline sponsoring the awards, we will also be sponsoring two individual award categories: Hotel of the Year – Group and Restaurateur of the Year – Group. The Cateys are considered to be the biggest awards of their kind in the hospitality industry that showcase innovative brands and trail-blazing people from across hotels, restaurants, foodservice and pubs & bars.”

Chris Gamm, Editor of The Caterer added: “The Caterer is delighted to once again partner with Bunzl Catering & Hospitality Division as headline sponsor of The Cateys 2019. As two brands that work with, support and help grow some of the industry’s biggest and most successful operators, Bunzl Catering & Hospitality Division and The Caterer are a brilliant fit to host the most recognised and respected awards in the UK hospitality industry.”
