Published On: 5th October 2022

Flexsil-Lid is a revolutionary re-usable product designed to reduce the use of film wrap and aluminium foil on gastronorm and steam pans used in commercial kitchens. The reusable food-grade silicone lids fit most international sizes of gastronorm trays and steam pans, including stainless steel, plastic, polycarbonate, melamine and ceramic.

The lids have a patented lip-lock design that locks in freshness and reduces food waste.

  • Leak proof seal that prevents spillages
  • Flexible, durable and reusable
  • Oven, microwave and freezer safe
  • Transportable and stackable
  • Easy to clean
  • Can be disinfected in dishwasher

Because of the above benefits, many customers around the world are using Flexsil-Lid in their day to day preparation of food. The lids have multiple uses when used with gastronorm containers, including cooking in the oven or microwave up to up to 220°C / 428°F, freezing to -40°C / -40°F and when used for storage in cold stores or fridges.

When used with racking trolleys, the leak proof seal and smooth, silicone edges of Flexsil-Lid by Wrapmaster help to prevent the risk of spillage, burns from hot food products and gastronorm containers sliding in transport.
