Utilizing our global purchasing power, we source responsibly, ethically manufactured products from the UK and overseas, via trusted supplier partnerships. Consolidating these products in a national network of 7 operating branches and our National Distribution centre in Birch Coppice, Tamworth, we deliver to our customers on our own fleet of liveried vehicles.

Responsible purchasing via trusted supplier partnerships

We utilize established partner supplier relationships to source a consistent supply of competitively priced market-leading products for the catering and hospitality industry. We undertake a robust, continuous assessment process for suppliers, to ensure that they meet or exceed expected standards in relation to the welfare of workers in the supply chain. Our exclusive brand products are supported by a dedicated Global Sourcing and Quality Assurance Team based in Shanghai, who execute a quality assurance audit programme in accordance with international standards.

Thousands of products in stock

We stock over 15,000 products across 7 regional operating branches and our National Distribution Centre (NDC) in Birch Coppice, Tamworth. The NDC ensures a wide variety of products, including occasional purchase lines (ad-hoc lines), as well as multi-site bespoke print products, are available nationally through the regional operating branches. Import hubs at Birch Coppice, Manchester branch and Harlow branch also manage products purchased overseas.

Ready to deliver to your door

We operate a 48-hour delivery cycle; day one order, for day three delivery to the customer. Providing a regular, scheduled delivery, ensures that our customers always have stock of their essential non-food consumables, without requiring a large storage area. Operating a liveried fleet of 145 vehicles with uniformed drivers, we provide national coverage from a regional operating branch network.
