With an ISO 9001 accredited Quality Management System (QMS) in place, we ensure that our goods and services meet the quality and reliability expectations of our customers at all times.

We hold an ISO 14001 accreditation, which means we have implemented and maintained an Environmental Management System (EMS) which provides for continuous improvement in environmental performance.

Bunzl plc has been a member since 2001. The FTSE4Good Index is a tool for responsible investors to identify and invest in companies that meet globally recognised corporate responsibility standards. To qualify for inclusion in the FTSE4Good Index, companies must be in the FTSE All-Share (UK) or FTSE Developed Index (Global) and must meet criteria requirements in five areas: working towards environmental sustainability, developing positive relationships and stakeholders, up-holding and supporting universal human rights, ensuring good supply chain labour standards and countering bribery.

We have A/B buyer and supplier membership in SEDEX, a not for profit membership organisation dedicated to driving improvements in ethical and responsible business practices in global supply chains.

We use Valpak compliance services to ensure compliance with the UK Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations and the Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) Regulations.
